Fall 2010 Pilots

ABC already has signed ten new pilots to premiere in the Fall 2010 TV season. Which ones look promising? And which ones look doubtful? Mr. Sunshine Starring Matthew Perry, it's the story of a second-rate sports arena manager who thinks only of himself and is forced to reevaluate his life on his 40th birthday. 2010 Winter Olympics

The Winter Olympics begin today in Vancouver.  NBC begins broadcasting at 7:30 pm EDT and will air the opening ceremonies.  If you are planning on watching tonight's events, here is some information worth noting: 1.  The opening ceremonies begin at 6:00 pm PT.  So, if you live on the east coast and want to watch the whole ceremony, you should plan on being awake past 10 pm.  Of course, it is Friday, so most likely you can sleep in on Saturday, if you're not a late night person. 2.  During the opening ceremonies, "We Are the World 25 for Haiti" will...

The Comebacks

The television season of 2008-2009 ended without us knowing the fate of two shows we have grown to love. Well, it certainly is true, in my case. The 2009 Emmy Primetime Awards has just wrapped up with Neil Patrick Harris at the helm. This year, they've changed things a little bit and grouped all the awards according to their genre. Two New Shows for Sci-Fi Fans

Good news for science fiction TV fans! There are two new sci-fi shows on ABC TV. One premiered this summer, and another is premiering this fall: Defying Gravity and Flash Forward. 1. Defying Gravity Defying Gravity premiered at the beginning of August on ABC. Eight astronauts are on a six-year mission to discover the solar system as the whole world tunes in through real-time footage.
