An article in the NY Times suggested that Katie Couric may be a “lame duck” in her post as anchor of the “CBS Evening News”. There appears to have been a meeting at CBS to discuss what Ms. Couric may do next.

My questions to the world is: Does anyone care??

Since taking over in the slot about a year and a half ago, her ratings have gone straight down. Not a single person I know watches the evening news on any channel, so we are left with asking, does it matter if she goes or stays?
