Good news for science fiction TV fans! There are two new sci-fi shows on ABC TV. One premiered this summer, and another is premiering this fall: Defying Gravity and Flash Forward. 1. Defying Gravity Defying Gravity premiered at the beginning of August on ABC. Eight astronauts are on a six-year mission to discover the solar system as the whole world tunes in through real-time footage. Troubles start when a mysterious force interferes with the lives and personalities of the astronauts aboard the spaceship.
