The New York Television Festival, launched in 2005, is the first creative festival for television artists. The 2011 festival was held in Manhattan from September 20 to 24 and featured seminars on late night comedy writing and the process of creating humor on the latest events, with writers from The Late Show with David Letterman and The Daily Show with Jon Stewart as speakers, and a special keynote program, featuring Lost producer, Damon Lindelof.
