The Water Cooler show of the summer has arrived. Falling Skies is the new show to watch for people who enjoy obsessing over hints, clues, and dangling plot lines. Falling Skies feels very much like someone at TBS said “give me a show like The Walking Dead”.
Start with a script from AMC’s The Walking Dead, cross out ‘zombies,’ insert ‘aliens,’ and you’ve pretty much got Falling Skies. Dad struggles to take care of his son(s) while surviving in a post-apocalyptic world overrun by zombies / aliens. Along the way he must deal with being thrust into a leadership position
